A partner program built for permissioned compliance visibility.

The ScriptClear Partner Program is now forming. It is designed to give payment processors, acquiring banks, advertising platforms, pharmacies and technology platforms a structured, permissioned way to see how a healthcare business is reviewed, monitored and certified.

Who it is for

Built for the parties that already carry healthcare risk.

Processors, acquiring banks, advertising platforms, pharmacies and technology platforms each make independent decisions about healthcare businesses. ScriptClear is designed to give those parties a common, evidence-based reference instead of relying only on the merchant's own representations.

  • Payment processors evaluating healthcare merchant applications
  • Acquiring banks conducting merchant due diligence
  • Advertising platforms reviewing healthcare landing pages and claims
  • Pharmacies assessing prescribing and marketing partners
  • Technology platforms hosting or routing healthcare traffic
  • Investors and lenders evaluating healthcare operating businesses

Data access

Access is permissioned, scoped and logged.

Nothing in the partner program is designed to expose a business's information without authorization. A merchant grants access to a specific partner for a specific purpose, and that access can be reviewed or revoked.

  1. 1

    Merchant authorization

The certified business grants a named partner access to defined report types.

  2. 2

    Scoped delivery

The partner receives only the sections of the certification record relevant to its review — not the full file.

  3. 3

    Verification

The partner can confirm authenticity of the certification status through ScriptClear directly rather than relying on a forwarded document.

  4. 4

    Ongoing alerts

If the merchant's monitored scope changes materially, authorized partners can be notified without re-requesting the file.

What a partner sees

Reports built around the questions partners actually ask.

Rather than a generic summary, permissioned reports are structured around the review domains most relevant to onboarding, monitoring and risk decisions.

  • Certification status, scope and effective dates
  • Open findings and remediation status where authorized
  • Monitoring history for the certified scope
  • Evidence references supporting key claims

Pilot structure

Starting with a defined pilot, not a blanket rollout.

Because the program is in formation, early partner engagements are structured as scoped pilots: a defined set of merchants, a defined report type, and a feedback loop before broader use.

  • A small, named set of merchants or applicants
  • One or two report or alert types to start
  • A direct line to the ScriptClear standards team for feedback
  • A defined review point before expanding scope

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Is the partner program active today?
The program is now forming. ScriptClear is in early conversations with organizations across each partner category and is structuring initial pilots.
Does a partnership with ScriptClear mean a merchant is approved?
No. Certification and partner reporting inform a partner's own decision. Every partner — processor, bank, platform or pharmacy — makes its own independent eligibility and enforcement decisions.
Can a partner request information about a business without its authorization?
No. All permissioned reporting requires the certified business to authorize a named partner's access to specific report types.
