Reports
Documentation built to be handed to someone else.
A finding that lives only inside a dashboard is not useful to a leadership team or a partner. Reports translate the compliance record into documents built for specific audiences and specific decisions.

Sharing
Permissioned sharing with partners.
A report can be shared with a named partner, such as a processor or bank, under access the applicant controls and can revoke. Sharing a report does not transfer decision authority to the recipient.
- Access is granted per report, per recipient
- Access can be time-limited or revoked at any time
- Recipients see the scope statement alongside any finding
- Third parties make independent eligibility and enforcement decisions based on what they review
Scope and citation
Every report states what it does, and does not, cover.
- 1
Scope statement
Entities, brands, domains and workflows the report speaks to, stated at the top of the document.
- 2
Version citation
The standards version applied to the review, so the criteria behind a finding can be looked up.
- 3
Effective dates
The period the report reflects, distinct from the date it was generated.
FAQ
Questions we hear often
- Can a partner request a report directly from ScriptClear?
- No. Reports are shared by the certified organization under access it controls; ScriptClear does not distribute a business's reports without its authorization.
- Do reports include raw evidence files?
- Reports reference evidence and findings; underlying evidence files are managed separately with their own access controls.
