- The specific artifact, page or workflow that was changed
- Evidence of the change in its live state
- Reviewer confirmation that the standard is now met
- A dated record retained with the decision file
Conditions
Approval with conditions.
Some businesses meet the standards while carrying time-bound commitments — for example, refreshed licensure documentation at a defined interval. Conditions are stated on the certificate and tracked in the portal.
