The badge is a certification mark, not a marketing graphic. It may only be displayed by businesses holding active certification, only within the certified scope, and always linked to the public verification profile.

The mark

Businesses that complete certification and remain in active monitoring may display the ScriptClear Approved badge on their website, linked to their public verification profile. Badge use is licensed for the certified scope only and must be removed if certification lapses, is suspended, or is revoked.
Permitted use
How the badge may be displayed.
- Only while certification is active and not suspended
- Only on the brands and domains listed in the certified scope
- Always linked to the business's public verification profile
- At a size where the wording remains legible
- With original proportions, colors and clear space preserved
Prohibited use
What is not permitted.
- Altering the artwork, colors, wording or aspect ratio
- Displaying the badge on services outside the certified scope
- Implying government endorsement, accreditation or licensure
- Claiming a guarantee of legal compliance or third-party approval
- Continuing to display the badge after expiration, suspension or revocation
Misuse of the badge is itself grounds for suspension or revocation.
